I am so incredibly tired of this superficial/mutated idea “human-centered design” idea being superimposed upon the intersection of humans & technology. Trust is at the heart of online brand-consumer relationships. Nothing about the “hook” deceit builds trust. I appreciate people like you out there fighting for what’s right for the PEOPLE, not what’s right for the profits.
